I cultivated my digital knowledge base initially in Tech and Social Media Marketing, complemented by a background in the Creative Arts, and have built on that foundation through certifications, courses, and systems training.

Originally, as a Social Media Consultant, I learned that diagnosing a symptom did not always fix the main concern. When it came to digital goals and issues, what was needed was a systemic, holistic approach to the digital landscape.

Design, Web Development, Services, Systems, Integrations, Workflows, etc. fall under the umbrella of "Digital", and a plan that accounts for and executes the necessary interaction of all the digital parts, is essential.
